Early detection of scientific virality through prospective cohorts of emerging topics — data deposit

Data deposit for a preregistered study of early prediction of scientific-topic virality from the OpenAlex snapshot (Parquet release 2026-06-26, frozen 2026-08-14). Contents: the five extracted analytical tables (works_base, citations, authorships, work_fields, sources), the arXiv pseudo-venue bridge, every pilot product of phases 1–4 (2010 cohort), the provenance logs, and derived_data.sha256 — the per-file fingerprint also attached to the OSF registration and committed at tag pilot-v1 of the associated code repository. To verify: unpack the archives at a common root and run shasum -c derived_data.sha256. Restricted until publication of the associated article.Acknowledgements.
