京杭大运河卫康码头风力预警数据

实时监测京杭大运河卫康码头区段的风速数据，经过算法加工得到风力等级、风力预警数据。该数据可用于指导京杭大运河航运系统合理安排航运时间和路线，评估由于环境中风力大小对航运造成的影响，当有大风预警时，及时提醒采取应对措施，保障航运安全，为京杭大运河的数字化航运体系建设提供有效数据支撑。（1）数据采集：通过在线设备，每分钟实时测量获取京杭大运河东湖姚家埭区段风速（简写：V，单位：m/s）数据。
（2）数据处理：基于《风力等级》国家标准（GB/T 28591-2012）中规定的方法，按照风速大小，将其风力等级分为0-17级，依次对应的风速（m/s）区间为：0.0-0.2；0.3-1.5；1.6-3.3；3.4-5.4；5.5-7.9；8.0-10.7；10.8-13.8；13.9-17.1；17.2-20.7；20.8-24.4；24.5-28.4；28.5-32.6；32.7-36.9；37.0-41.4；41.5-46.1；46.2-50.9；51.0-56.0；大于56.1。然后根据风力等级大小，判断是风力预警情况。风力等级0-6级：无预警；7-8级：大风蓝色预警；9-10级：大风黄色预警；11-12级：大风橙色预警；13级及以上：大风红色预警。
（3）数据应用：风力预警数据可用于指导京杭大运河航运系统合理安排航运时间和路线，评估由于环境中风力大小对航运造成的影响，当有大风预警时，及时提醒采取应对措施，保障航运安全，为京杭大运河的数字化航运体系建设提供有效数据支撑

This dataset contains real-time wind speed data monitored at the Weikang Wharf section of the Jinghang Grand Canal, processed via algorithms to generate wind power levels and wind early warning data. It can be used to guide the Jinghang Grand Canal shipping system to reasonably arrange shipping schedules and routes, evaluate the impact of ambient wind speed on shipping operations, issue timely reminders for response measures when gale warnings are issued, ensure shipping safety, and provide effective data support for the construction of the digital shipping system of the Jinghang Grand Canal.
(1) Data Collection: Real-time wind speed measurements (abbreviated as V, unit: m/s) in the Donghu Yaojiadai section of the Jinghang Grand Canal are collected every minute via online monitoring equipment.
(2) Data Processing: Based on the methods specified in the National Standard of China GB/T 28591-2012 "Wind Power Grades", wind power levels are divided into 0 to 17 grades according to wind speed, with the corresponding wind speed (m/s) intervals as follows: 0.0–0.2; 0.3–1.5; 1.6–3.3; 3.4–5.4; 5.5–7.9; 8.0–10.7; 10.8–13.8; 13.9–17.1; 17.2–20.7; 20.8–24.4; 24.5–28.4; 28.5–32.6; 32.7–36.9; 37.0–41.4; 41.5–46.1; 46.2–50.9; 51.0–56.0; and >56.1. Then the wind early warning status is determined based on the wind power level: no warning for levels 0–6; blue gale warning for levels 7–8; yellow gale warning for levels 9–10; orange gale warning for levels 11–12; red gale warning for level 13 and above.
(3) Data Application: The wind early warning data can be used to guide the Jinghang Grand Canal shipping system to reasonably arrange shipping schedules and routes, evaluate the impact of ambient wind speed on shipping operations, issue timely reminders for response measures when gale warnings are issued, ensure shipping safety, and provide effective data support for the construction of the digital shipping system of the Jinghang Grand Canal.
