HBV-LC BMI and Tobacco Revised Analysis Public-Clean Data and Code Package

Public-clean revised-analysis data and code package for the HBV-related liver cancer BMI and tobacco manuscript revision. The archive contains revised-analysis code, non-secret source data, derived outputs, figure/source-data maps, logs, validation records, and GWAS external-access documentation. Raw GWAS summary-statistics files for which redistribution permission has not been confirmed are excluded from this public-clean package, including OpenGWAS VCF/TBI files and GIANT/GSCAN raw exposure downloads. Users who need a complete raw-source genetic rerun should obtain the relevant GWAS files from the original providers under the applicable terms and place them at the paths documented in the package.
