ChIP-seq analysis of Primary cortical astrocytes harboring a single floxed Trp53 allele harvested from male and female postnatal day one pups, and transduced with mutant p53;IRES GFP followed by CRE recombinase. p53 protein was immunoprecipated from fixed whole chromatin from cells expressing one of three mutants or p53 KO control. p53 immunoprecipitation from male and female primary mouse astroyctes expressing p53:R172H, p53:Y202C, p53:Y217C, or p53 KO. Please note that each processed data was generated from all replicates and is linked to the corresponding rep1 (or rep2 for f1_r172h) sample records.
