RNA pulldown–mass spectrometry profiling of senescence-associated lncRNA–binding proteins in human WI-38 fibroblasts

This dataset contains label-free LC–MS/MS proteomics results from endogenous RNA pulldown assays performed in WI-38 cells to identify RNA-binding proteins associated with targeted long non-coding RNAs (odd/even probe sets) compared with a scramble control. The resulting protein identification/quantification matrix is provided to support downstream analysis of lncRNA–protein interaction partners.
