Wildtype granuloma cells from M. marinum-infected zebrafish

We use our previously published single-cell RNA sequencing protocol to interrogate the transcriptional nature of granuloma structures extracted from Mycobacterium marinum-infected zebrafish (Danio rerio). Overall design: Granulomas were dissected from M. marinum-infected zebrafish adults. Single-cell suspensions were generated by brief digestion with trypsin and sent for 10X Genomics scRNAseq processing.
