资源简介:
In this study we observed microbial species actively participating (as evidenced by gene expression) in the rapid decay of teak tissues after detachment. Small stems and shoots were removed in October, 2011, from a healthy, 12 year old, naturally growing teak tree on the campus of Institut Teknologi Bandung, Bandung, Indonesia. The teak samples were maintained in sealed plastic bags until substantial tissue degradation and microbial growth were evident. Then total RNA was isolated (from the teak tissues as well as microbes) and sequenced.
