This compressed file provides the FPGA logic project and test data for the manuscript titled "Methodology and Implementation of an Electronic System for Key Parameter Characterization of Microwave SQUID Multiplexer". The compressed file consists of multiple files, each of which is described as follows:(1) FPGA logic project created by Vivado 2021.2. The main logic system is presented in Chapter 3 of the paper.(2) Test results of the output signal of the μMUX-PDQC system, which are detailed in Section 4.1 of the paper.(3) Data from the loop test of the μMUX-PDQC, analyzed in Section 4.1 of the paper.(4) Result data from the online demodulation of Flux-Ramp, the analysis of which is included in Section 4.2 of the paper.(5) Sweep result data of the μMUX, which includes both the sweep data obtained by vna and the sweep data of the μMUX-PDQC.
