资源简介:
The present database was derived from a broader building inventory developed initially from the cadaster of Mexico City, which provided information on lot geometry, land use, and construction year. This foundational dataset was enhanced by integrating official zoning data, LiDAR-based height and story measurements, machine-learning classification of buildings to detect irregularities (elevation and plant irregularities), and more than 7,000 virtual inspections combined with nearly 2,000 on-site assessments to classify structural systems and visible deficiencies (pathologies). After the September 19th, 2017, earthquake, the inventory was further refined through a dedicated effort to identify buildings affected by only the first soft-story behavior. This phase included incorporating post-earthquake documentary records and conducting field evaluations. The resulting dataset represents a unique and high-value resource with significant potential for future research on seismic vulnerability. From this refined inventory, the database analyzed in this article compiles detailed attributes for 98 damaged first soft-story buildings, including geographic location, construction year, number of stories, occupancy, structural system, damage level, current condition, rehabilitation status, column dimensions, and damage technical opinion, providing a reproducible foundation for the assessment of structural performance and post-earthquake recovery.
