FORGEPHAST/HapStore manuscript Dataset

This dataset contains example synthetic genotype and phenotype data generated with FORGEPHAST for the analyses presented in the accompanying manuscript. It includes biobank-scale phased HapStore data for chromosomes 1, 3, 8, and 21 for AFR, CSA, EAS, and EUR populations, and an admixed EUR/AFR population. There are 54 phenotypes included for a subset of the population; scripts exist to extract the data as to the train/eval cohorts used to generate the GWAS and PRS used in the papers. For admixed individuals, local ancestry truth tracts exist as well. GWAS results for 54 phenotypes (108 stratified runs) are included. All input configureation files are included as well.
