Vertical stratification of bees in an urbanized environment

The dataset contains a list of bee species found in all 27 study sites (rows A1-9, B1-9, C1-9). Data for individual species are presented in separate columns for females and males. A pollinator inventory was conducted from March to September 2022 in Poznań. The city is located in western Poland (52° 25′ N, 16°58′ E). Six pan traps were deployed at each study site. Pan traps were placed at three different heights: two at ground level (h 0), two at mid-story (~2–3 m, h 1), and two at canopy level (≥10 m, h 2).Data contains a ReadMe.txt file.
