The database includes biogeochemical data collected at ten depths (0, -2, -5, -10, -20, -30, -40, -50, -60, - 70 m) at the LTER-MC station in the Gulf of Naples (Tyrrhenian Sea, Western Mediterranean Sea) during the 1984-2019 period. Temperature (°C) : TEMP Salinity: PSAL Nutrient concentrations (mmol m<sup>-3</sup>): NH<sub>4</sub><sup>+</sup><sub> </sub>: AMON; NO<sub>3</sub> <sup>-</sup>: NTRA; NO<sub>2</sub><sup>-</sup> : NTRI; PO<sub>4</sub><sup>3-</sup> : PHOS; Si(OH)<sub>4</sub>: SLCA.
