Study title: B Cells Promote T Cell Immunosenescence and Mammalian Aging Parameters- 5' single cell transcriptomics with VDJ T cell receptor analyses on splenic CD3+ cells from aged µMT and WT mice

The goals of this experiment were two-fold: 1) To understand changes in splenic T cells at the transcriptomic level from aged µMT and WT mice, and 2) to understand TCR diversity and clonality in aged µMT and WT mice Overall design: T cells isolated from spleens of aged µMT and WT mice via fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and subsequently analyzed using single cell RNA sequencing.
