In the cohort treated with steroid monotherapy, decline rates of (A) IFN- γ and (B) IL-15 were tested, whereas decline rates of (C) granzyme B, (D) perforin, (E) IL-6, and (F) IL-18 were statistically examined in the group received combination therapy. The decline rate was calculated as (acute level - resolution level)/acute level × 100%. Data were represented as rank for each individual. Statistical significance was determined by Spearman rank correlation test.
