Supplementary Materials for: Bayesian Mixed-Order Modeling of BOD Decay Kinetics: A Multi-Dataset Assessment of Parameter Identifiability and Design Implications for Tropical Institutional Wastewater

This repository contains supplementary code, data, and figures for a Bayesian mixed-order BOD decay kinetics study across five wastewater datasets. It includes the public-domain Potomac River BOD dataset (USPHS, 1962), Python code implementing grid-based Bayesian posterior estimation for mixed-order and first-order decay models, and all manuscript figures. Other datasets used in the study are copyrighted and not redistributed; see README for citations and instructions.
