库帕思高质量思维链（Chain-of-Thought）数据集-基金从业资格篇

本数据集面向教育大模型研发团队、基金公司及金融培训机构，旨在解决基金从业资格考试备考中法规理解困难、实务应用能力不足等痛点。基于基金从业资格考试大纲，将历年真题转化为思维链推理样本，系统覆盖基金法律法规、金融基础与风险管理等知识域，聚焦公募基金、私募股权、证券投资等核心业务领域。

通过思维链训练，可提升模型在法规解读、业务合规判断、投资分析及风险管理推理等方面的专业能力。与传统题库不同，本数据集特别强化了“法规条款→业务场景→合规后果”的推理链标注，帮助模型将抽象法条转化为具体业务判断。

This dataset is targeted at educational large language model (LLM) R&D teams, fund management companies and financial training institutions, aiming to address the pain points in the preparation for the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination, including difficulties in understanding regulations and insufficient practical application capabilities. Based on the syllabus of the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination, it transforms past official exam questions into chain-of-thought (CoT) reasoning samples, comprehensively covering knowledge domains such as fund laws and regulations, financial fundamentals and risk management, with a focus on core business areas including public offering funds, private equity, and securities investment.

Through chain-of-thought training, this dataset can enhance the professional capabilities of models in regulatory interpretation, business compliance judgment, investment analysis and risk management reasoning. Unlike traditional question banks, this dataset specially strengthens the annotation of the reasoning chain of "regulatory clauses → business scenarios → compliance consequences", helping models convert abstract legal provisions into specific business judgments.
