Temperature-Precipitation-FAPAR-and-human-footprint-data-sets-at-1km-for-Colombia

This dataset accompanies the publication titled "Human footprint amplifies the response of photosynthetic activity to precipitation across a diverse range of tropical ecosystems in Colombia". This repository contains gridded 1 km datasets of temperature, precipitation, FAPAR, and human footprint values for Colombia between 1999 and 2019, provided as .tif files. Temperature, precipitation, and FAPAR are available as monthly values, while human footprint represents the mean between 2000 and 2015, based on Correa et al. (2020).
