Dataset for mapping Xanthomonas wilt of banana spread in African Great Lakes Region and Africa

The dataset comprises i) a compilation of Xanthomonas wilt of banana geo-referenced incidence data sets obtained through field diagnostic surveys conducted across the African Great Lakes region, ii) expert populated covariate scores for the African banana producing zones (obtained from banana mapper) and iii) expert rankings of various covariates.
