Time series of particle fluxes of total mass, organic carbon, calcium carbonate, percentage of organic carbon and carbon - nitrogen ratio at two depths (300 m and 1200 m) for 7.3 years (1998 - 2005) at a site in Monterey Bay, California (36º40'N, 122º25'W). A complete description and analysis of the particle fluxes is presented in the manuscript 'Temporal variability of downward fluxes of organic carbon off Monterey Bay'.
