From submerged emergence to emersed seedling: Gene expression of Panicum bisulcatum Thunb. adaptating to waterlogging

For a comprehensive understanding of transcriptional mechanisms of Panicum bisulcatum Thunb. adapting to waterlogging during its growth from 2-leaf (submerged, set as WT1D) to 6-leaf stage (emersed, WT11D) under 2-cm continuous waterlogging, we investigated four different growth and development transition stages (WT3D, WT7D, WT9D and WT11D) for RNA-Seq analysis.
