Comparative Transcriptional Profiling of the internode in maize

We performed a comparative transcriptional profiling analysis on the first internode above the primary ear of the maize inbred line W22 and a semi-dwarf mutant harboring a mutator insertion in the W22 background. Additionally, re-sequencing was conducted for the semi-dwarf mutant with the mutator insertion in the W22 background.
