资源简介:
This article presents a comprehensive synthesis of the mechanisms underlying information processing in the mammalian brain, spanning molecular, cellular, and network levels of organization. It examines how electrical signaling in neurons, synaptic plasticity, and large-scale neural dynamics collectively support perception, learning, and motor control. The work integrates biophysical modeling based on the Hodgkin–Huxley framework with experimental approaches such as electrophysiology, optogenetics, calcium imaging, and multi-electrode recordings. By bridging theoretical and experimental neuroscience, the study illustrates how the coordinated activity of interconnected neurons gives rise to the brain’s computational capabilities. All methodologies discussed are grounded in established, ethically conducted research within the field of neuroscience.<br>
