We found that mutant p53 dysregulates gene transcription in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells duirng aging. Aged mice to 13to 15 months. Sorted LSKs from the bone marrow of wild type and p53 mutant mice. We then performed paired-RNA sequencing.
