This manuscript extends the Shukla Solar Magneto-Disc (SSMD) framework by modeling the origin of the proto-Sun and its primordial magnetic seed. Gravitational collapse, convective instabilities, and plasma currents naturally generate a magnetic field sufficient to torque ionized nebular dust, initiating protoplanetary disk formation. Analytic calculations, mean-field models, and targeted 3D MHD simulations quantify seed amplification, torque, and spin-up timescales. Observational diagnostics and sensitivity analyses provide falsifiable predictions for ALMA, SDO/HMI, and helioseismology data. The results link proto-Sun dynamics to early disk rotation and provide testable predictions for contemporary astronomical observations.
