Datasets and pretrained checkpoints for RIFT-VAE

This record contains pretrained model checkpoints and the datasets used in this study, including secondary-structure annotations precomputed using RNAfold (dot-bracket strings). Preprocessing from dot-bracket strings to CFG parse trees, as well as training and evaluation, can be reproduced using the scripts provided in the associated GitHub repository ( https://github.com/Kentaro0727/RIFT-VAE ) .
