The goal of this study is to study the chromatin accessibility differences between control and uhrf1 hi272 mutant 120 hpf zebrafish embryos (uhrf1 hi272+/-, Tg(fabp10a:CAAX-EGFP) using ATAC-Seq technique. Overall design: "Whole larvae (3 per genotype9 at 120 hpf from uhrf1-hi272 mutants and their pheotypically normal siblings were pooled, dissociated with trypsin and 50,000 live cells were used per library preparation.ATAC-seq: Protocol as described in Buenrostro et al (2015): doi:10.1002/0471142727.mb2129s109, using illumina barcoded primers for sequencing with the excpetion of dissociating the cells for cell suspension was obtained by treatment with trypsin at 37 degree for 30 minutes. "
