资源简介:
Cervical mucus was collected from 86 patients with a normal cervix, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), or adenocarcinoma (AD). 76 candidates of miRNAs were selected according to criteria such as absolute value of the signal intensity included more than 20 and the ratio of the SCC/normal or AD/normal included more than four. Cervical mucus was collected from 86 patients with a normal cervix, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), or adenocarcinoma (AD). The expression level of microRNAs in cervical mucus was compared with normal and cervical neoplasia by microarray including 2588 miRNAs. Cervical mucus was collected from 86 patients with a normal cervix, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), or adenocarcinoma (AD). The samples were classified into normal (n = 16), CIN1 (n = 11), CIN3 (n = 29), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) (n = 19), and adenocarcinoma (AD) (n = 11). 76 candidates of miRNAs were selected according to criteria such as absolute value of the signal intensity included more than 20 and the ratio of the SCC/normal or AD/normal included more than four.
