Reproducibility core for controlled SPECFEM3D sensitivity tests for Apophis-scale elastic wavefields

This archive contains the manuscript-facing reproducibility core for a Planetary and Space Science submission on controlled SPECFEM3D sensitivity tests for Apophis-scale elastic wavefields motivated by the 2029 Earth encounter. The archive includes manuscript sources and PDF, postprocessed CSV/JSON result tables, station-level PGV tables, receiver-quality-control tables, CMT source inventories, generated figures, mesh/station/source inputs, case-specific SPECFEM3D input snapshots, solver logs, post-processing scripts, bibliography metadata, source notes, and citation-audit records. Raw SPECFEM3D seismogram trace files (.semv, .semd, .sema) are large intermediate solver outputs and are not included in this lightweight archive. They can be regenerated from the archived inputs and scripts using SPECFEM3D v4.1.1 and are available from the author upon reasonable request. Third-party publisher full texts are not redistributed unless licensing permits it. Bibliographic metadata, source-reading notes, and citation-audit records are included for auditability.
