Evaluasi Usability Aplikasi MyTelkomsel Dengan Pendekatan Kuantitatif

This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the MyTelkomsel application by employing a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The evaluation focuses on five key usability dimensions as defined by ISO 9241-11: learnability, efficiency, errors, memorability, and satisfaction. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 66 respondents who are active users of the MyTelkomsel application. The results of the analysis indicate that learnability and satisfaction have a significant positive influence on the application's usability. In contrast, efficiency, errors, and memorability were found to have no statistically significant impact. The model’s R-square value of 0.822 suggests that the proposed model has strong explanatory power. Furthermore, all constructs met the required criteria for validity and reliability, confirming the robustness of the measurement model. These findings provide practical insights for developers of the MyTelkomsel application to prioritize improvements in user learning experience and user satisfaction in order to enhance overall usability. Additionally, the research model can serve as a reference framework for usability evaluation in other digital service applications within the telecommunications sector.
