U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) Global Forecast System (GFS) numerical weather prediction model 8-day, 3-hourly forecast for the globe at approximately 50-km or 0.5-deg resolution. _CoordSysBuilder=ucar.nc2.dataset.conv.CF1Convention acknowledgement=The Pacific Islands Ocean Observing System (PacIOOS) is funded through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) as a Regional Association within the U.S. Integrated Ocean Observing System (IOOS).
