Ozone exposure disrupts the body's glucose metabolism homeostasis through multiple mechanisms such as oxidative stress, inflammatory response, metabolic reprogramming, neuroendocrine regulation, and disruption of gut microbiota. This dataset systematically integrates the core pathways of neuroendocrine regulation (hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis/sympathetic adrenal medulla axis) and the signal transduction pathways of gut microbiota metabolites short chain fatty acids (SCFAs), and constructs a multi mechanism synergistic framework through an interactive network diagram to analyze the molecular interactions mediated by sugar homeostasis imbalance from multiple dimensions.
