Partial Glycoprotein (G) gene sequence, region 2 of Local Rabies Virus for Identification and Confirmation of Strain

The "GCF-790- Development of Indigenous Rabies Vaccine", rabid animal brain tissue collected from Sind, Pakistan are used for partial genome sequencing. The nucleotide sequencing of the partial "N" and "G" gene from the "PKDOW" isolates are submitted here in the database. The dataset will be used for evolutionary/phylogenetic analysis for the detection, identification and characterization of the local rabies virus isolates.
