The formation of adventitious roots is beneficial for enhancing the absorption capacity and fixation ability of roots, and can further enhance the resistance of crops to adverse stress. The occurrence of adventitious roots is mainly applied in organ cutting, tissue culture, factory seedling cultivation, etc., and has become a key part of rapid propagation technology. In order to better understand the adventitious roots of tomato stems, we conducted transcriptome sequencing at three time points on materials without adventitious roots and materials with adventitious roots, and we analyzed the obtained data. Based on gene expression and background annotations, Based on gene expression and background annotation, we screened candidate genes related to adventitious root development, and the results showed a close correlation with hormone regulation, especially with auxin.
