资源简介:
This folder contains the antennal grooming subtype annotations for different optogenetic trials (behavior_annotations.pkl) used for Figure 1 and its supplementary figures/videos. The accompanying .txt file (label_definition.txt) describes each behavioral label. Additionally, a PDF illustrating the tracked key points' location is provided (tracked_keypoints.pdf). This dataset represents the raw data. The data was further segmented and passed through behavioral checks for analysis, as described in the paper. The annotations are stored in a table with the following columns: Date: Date of the experiment. Genotype: Genotype of the experimental animal. aJO-GAL4 x UAS-Chrimson is the genotype for the optogenetic activation of the antennal JO-F neurons. Fly: Fly number. Exp_Type: Experiment type. For intact, optogenetic experiments, the value is Beh. Trial: Trial number. Frame: Frame number captured at 100 frames per second. Pose___: Pose of the in the of the fly in 3D coordinates. The can be 'x', 'y', or 'z'. Key point names are provided as a separate PDF file in this folder. The origin point is defined as the center of the fly thorax. Angle__: Angle of the in the of the fly, given in degrees. Joint angles are defined as in Lobato-Rios, 2022, Nature Methods. Stimulus: Whether the optogenetic stimulus was on or off at the time of the frame capture. Time: Time in seconds from the start of the experiment. Behavioral labels: (e.g., background, unilateral_t_left): Whether the behavior is observed in the frame. The behavior labels are defined in the file label_definition.txt in this folder. Only one behavior label is assigned to each frame. beh_label: The behavior label for the frame.
