Clupea harengus Raw sequence reads

This study aims to identify the presence of both Erythrocytic Necrosis Virus (ENV) and Ichthyophonus in Atlantic herring (Clupea harengus) from the Gulf of St. Lawrence and to assess their potential impact on the herring blood microbiome. Additionally, the study explores correlations between infection status and various biotic (e.g., sex, length, spawning stage) and abiotic (e.g., temperature, salinity, depth) factors.
