Dataset related to the publication 'Miocene climate dynamics created dispersal corridors along the northern Paratethys margin'

Dataset containing the R files and script, occurrences data, and supplementary results necessary for the ecological niche modeling analyses presented in the main study. The 'R' directory contains the files and folders structure, as well as the annotated R script necessary to rerun all the analyses presented in the main study. The 'Maps' directory contains the .shp files of the paleomaps used for the three time slices. The 'Model runs' directory contains all the results of all the analyses run. The 'Occurrences" directory contains all the occurrences data used for the analyses.
