Systematic Review Raw Data: Quercetin and Resveratrol Effects on BBB Integrity, Glymphatic Function, and Neuroinflammatory Markers
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the extracted raw data used in the systematic review titled "Quercetin and Resveratrol Impacts on Blood-Brain Barrier, Glymphatic Function, and Neuroinflammation in Neurodegenerative Disease Models."The data includes study characteristics, intervention details, dosage information, model types (human or animal), primary outcomes on blood-brain barrier (BBB) integrity, tight junction protein expression, cerebrovascular function, glymphatic-associated markers, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) dynamics, aquaporin modulation, neuroinflammation, amyloid-β (Aβ) and tau pathology, neuronal survival, and synaptic plasticity outcomes. Each entry was extracted directly from the included studies and summarised systematically without interpretation, ensuring transparency and reproducibility. The dataset is structured in tabular format, corresponding to the results tables presented in the manuscript. No patient-identifiable or confidential data is included. Data Format: Excel (.xlsx) and/or CSV (.csv) file Structured by study DOI, intervention, dosage, outcome measures, and statistical significance indicators. Purpose:To enable verification of systematic extraction methods, support meta-analytical synthesis if applicable, and enhance research transparency regarding the neuroprotective effects of quercetin and resveratrol.
