资源简介:
In this study, we investigated the transcriptomes and proteomes of Aspergillus niger conidia cultivated by three different temperatures: 28C, 32C and 37C for 8 days. Additionally, we obtained the transcriptome and proteome of mycelium (without conidia) cultivated at 28C for 8 days.Fungal spores cause food spoilage, specifically those that survive preservation treatments such as heat treatments. Our aim was to investigate the cause of increased heat resistance of fungal spores cultivated at increased temperatures.
