<p><span style="font-size:12.04px">The dataset contains photographic documentation collected during research on the isolation and identification of carbon monoxide-producing microorganisms from compost. It includes:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:12.04px">Photographic documentation of the plates on which microbial growth was observed during initial incubation, along with labels indicating the dilution, type of medium used (LB or YPD), and incubation temperature;</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12.04px">Photos of the plates after streak inoculation (with the same information as above);</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12.04px">Visualizations of isolated pure cultures (magnification 100x, scale 10 µm).</span></li></ul>
