Engage for Success: UK Employee Engagement Survey Data 2024

Survey data collected to examine the current state of employee engagement in the UK and to compare any changes in engagement from the 2022 and 2023 datasets. Data was collected using Qualtrics and JISC, and respondents were sourced via Prolific. The data was collected at two data points, July 2024 and December 2024. A representative sample was used to provide a sample size stratified across three demographic variables (age, sex, and ethnicity) using census data from the UK Office of National Statistics. For the survey report, students, currently unemployed and retired respondents, were excluded from the sample to provide a representative sample of the UK workforce. Respondents were asked questions related to their experiences of work and covered a range of topics. Demographic information was also collected.
