Processed untargeted LC-MS metabolomics data associated with Cd38 deficiency in experimental glaucoma

This dataset contains processed untargeted LC-MS metabolomics data generated from astrocyte-enriched fractions isolated from the mouse primary visual cortex (V1) in a unilateral chronic ocular hypertension model. The dataset is associated with the manuscript entitled “Cd38 Deficiency Is Associated with Attenuated Visual Cortical Hypometabolism and Astrocyte-Enriched Metabolic Remodeling in Experimental Glaucoma”. The deposited files include the processed metabolite/feature intensity matrix, sample metadata, differential metabolite statistics, and pathway enrichment results.
