In 2023, the value of commercial real estate in Germany was estimated at over 1.9 trillion U.S. dollars, up from approximately 1.8 trillion U.S. dollars in 2022. Germany was the largest commercial real estate market in Europe and one of the few that grew during the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.
