资源简介：
The Kalpa Genome Resource provides a chromosome-level assembly (2.68 Gb; scaffold N50 of 174 Mb) and annotation (34,483 protein-coding genes) of the disease-resistant Chowghat Green Dwarf coconut cultivar. It features an embedded genome browser (JBrowse), BLAST server, genetic-marker viewers, structural/functional annotations (metabolic pathways, LTR/transposon tracks), and downloadable sequence and transcriptome datasets to accelerate comparative genomics and breeding efforts.
