X-Ray Experiment Data

The data includes counted x-ray beams after being produced by using Mo42 as a target element. The x-rays were generated by varying the voltage across the x-ray tube and then diffracted from a NaCl crystal. They were then measured at different angles using a Geiger-Muller counter. <br> Used voltages (in kV) while collecting the data: 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 35 (last one is for calibration) Angles observed diffraction: starting from 3^oup to45^o by incrementing 1^oat each step Integration interval: 5s <br> Setup used in this experiment is appended in the reference part.

本数据集包含以钼（Mo，原子序数42）为靶元素生成的经计数的X射线束数据。前述X射线通过调节X射线管两端电压生成，随后经氯化钠（NaCl）晶体衍射。随后使用盖革-米勒计数器（Geiger-Muller counter）在不同角度下对衍射后的X射线进行测量。<br>数据采集阶段使用的管电压（单位：千伏，kV）为：15、18、21、24、27、30、33、35（最后一组电压数据用于校准）。衍射观测角度范围为3°至45°，每步递增1°。积分计数时长为5秒。<br>本实验所用的实验装置已附于参考文献部分。
