资源简介:

This Version 2.0.0 research archive supersedes the prior unpublishedEdition I, Revision 1.2 deposit package for the Biological Resilience Index(BRI). It preserves the original five-component, 324 + 16-rule fuzzyarchitecture as a historical object and archives the subsequent verification, falsification and redesign programme. Extended continuous auditing identified reproducible directional reversals inthe Edition I Mamdani crisp-score path. An external reviewer independentlyreconstructed the model, reproduced all 47 targeted Layer-1 reversals toapproximately 10^-13 numerical agreement, reproduced the Layer-2 reversalcounts of 1,745 and 567, and found zero ordinal-dominance violations across12,636 defined comparisons. The ordinal rule architecture is thereforeretained as a research candidate, while the continuous score path,BRI_BASELINE, BRI_FINAL, the 0-100 operational interpretation and the priorthreshold mapping are suspended. The archive documents a provisional redesign in which ACI, HPA-R and ARI remaincandidate domains, FTP is optional and task-activated, biological context isexternalised from scoring, and no aggregate score is presumed necessary. P0 isthe primary non-scoring baseline. P1, P2 and P3 are analytically monotonecandidate representations whose frozen implementations passed structured, random, breakpoint, identity, range and independent-engine tests. No finalprojection was selected. The release includes historical specifications and rule registers, verification and correction packages, the independent external review record,a complete executable Stage III reproduction script and outputs, prospectiveStage IV independent-review and content-validity materials, the currentworking-paper source and five figures. No participant validation, calibration, predictive validity, fairness oroperational utility is claimed. The archive must not be used for clinical, employment, fitness-for-duty, mission-readiness or operational decision making. Independent external verification review: Eva M. Erpenbach, Independent External Verification Review of BRI Edition I: Implementation Fidelity, Computational Reproducibility and Ordinal-Dominance Assessment. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21620765
