AERIS_virome

Here you can find the data supporting the virome analysis of the AERIS cohort. This repository contains two files: data.tar.gz: contains all derived data that is needed to reproduce the visualizations and statistical analyses described in https://github.com/Matthijnssenslab/AERIS_virome. vOTUs_AERIS.fasta.gz: contains the nucleotide sequences of the 583 viral operational taxonomic units (vOTUs) found in the cohort.
