For the first time, we report the whole genome sequence analysis of Acinetobacter bereziniae 374/14 carrying the blaOXA-58. The draft genome sequencing of the isolate identified 13 antimicrobial resistance genes, encoding resistance to β-lactams, aminoglycosides, fluoroquinolones, phenicols, and sulphonamide as well as several types of multidrug efflux pumps and to virulence factors.
