Dataset for article "Topological material in the III–V family: Heteroepitaxial InBi on InAs" published in Physical Review Research volume 6 on the 8th of November 2024

The publication is a mix of experiment data, including LEED, STM, ARPES, ab-initio calculations, incluging SPRKKR and a Tight Binding model. The raw data of many of the figures can be found in the Data subfolder. Please see the corresponding readme files fore more explanations.
