资源简介：
The dataset contains 180 whole slide images (WSIs) without identified information, which are classified into two categories (long-term and short-term) based on patients' overall times, and only provided for replicating the corresponding results on survival prediction in our paper when reviewing. Please see https://github.com/pikapi-pi/HeMiCoRe for the details on dealing with these WSIs.In the folders, GBM and LUAD, we have uploaded 2 whole slide images respectively, which are shown in Figure 4 of our paper. In the folder HCC, there are also 2 whole slide images illustrated in Figure 5 of our paper. These slides are only uploaded to support the content of our paper.
