Reference values for cardiac dimensions and function in a rural population living in a loiasis-endemic area of the Republic of the Congo: An echocardiographic study.

This dataset contains echocardiographic parameters and related clinical and demographic data collected from a cross-sectional study in a rural, Loa loa endemic population in the Lekoumou division of the Republic of Congo. The primary aim of the study was to establish age- and sex-stratified reference values for echocardiographic parameters in this specific population, highlighting the need for population-specific reference values due to potential ethnic-related variability and limited existing data for rural African populations. This dataset was acquired as part of the MorLo project
